The Book of Revelation – Study #10
In this week’s study, I am in verse 18. I focus on the Fact that Yahshua Messiah is ‘ALIVE’ today for you and me. I go into the ‘keys of hell and death’, sharing with you the writings from the Apocrypha 2 Esdra and begin my study on the Key of David.

Here are some of my notes from this verse.
Verse 18 Behold = “id-do” See! Behold! Calling attention to something present.
Alive = this word in the Greek is the very same word as “liveth”. “zoe” it means life in all its manifestations. It is life in activity, and thus especially is the opposite of death. It involves resurrection life and eternal life, so therefore it is a “Gift from Yahweh”
Some verse from 2 Esdra
The first way is that they have scorned the Law of
82 the Most High. The second way is that they can no longer
83 make a good repentance, so that they may live. The third
way is that they will see the reward destined for those who
84 have believed the agreements of the Most High. The fourth
way is that they will consider the torment destined for them
85 in the last days. The fifth way is that they will see that the
dwelling-places of the others are guarded by angels in profound
86 silence. The sixth way is that they will see that some
of them will pass over to be tormented henceforth. The
87 seventh way, which is worse than all the ways that have
been mentioned, is that they will waste away in shame and
be consumed in disgrace, and wither with fear, at seeing the
glory of the Most High before whom they sinned while they
lived, and before whom they are destined to be judged in
the last times.
Allow me to clear up some things before I begin. First of all you will hear me use the words Yahweh and Yahshua Messiah instead of God and Jesus Christ. I found out through the years that the word God may not necessarily mean the same to everyone. For instance, in Freemasonry the number 1 requirement is that you believe in a God. Doesn’t matter what religion you are as long as you believe in a God. I personally like to use these words Yahweh and Yahshua Messiah. To me this puts me in a closer spiritual relationship with our Creator. I am not a so called Messianic Teacher! I come to realize that every time I inhale or exhale I am saying Yahweh. Try saying Yahweh and see if you are not inhaling and exhaling. After all we our created in His image!
My intention is to take this study to a deep level. Deeper than most of you are used to! I am asking no one to agree with me; however I do ask that you check every detail that I present out for yourself.
Don’t end up like those in Hosea 4:6 ‘My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God (Elohim), I will also forget thy children.’
But, be like those in 2Timothy 2:15 ‘Study to shew thyself approved unto God (Yahweh), a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.’
