One of the most common sentiments I have heard from audiences of fitness professionals around the world is that “we change people’s lives. The fact is you can’t change anyone’s life. You can encourage change, you can believe in an individual’s capacity for change, and you can give people tools and resources, so that they can be more resourceful in the pursuit of change. However, change is always an inside job.
You can, however, change your own life. And my guest in this episode will explain three critical factors she successfully uses in her practice that can help you identify and adopt the behaviors that most support what it is you want to be, have and do in your life.
