We hear about discipline all the time.  We need it, most of us want more of it, but what exactly is it?  

Is there a limited reserve of discipline we have each day?  If so, what depletes it?  

What times of the day do you have more discipline than others?  
When does discipline fail?  When it does, what do you need to do instead?
