Her passion is helping others find freedom through nutrition and movement. Amy Slater has 16 years of experience working as a personal trainer. She’s certified through the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Her concentration is on women’s health with advanced studies through Female Chain Reaction with the Gray Institute and advanced postnatal training through Burrell Education.
A mother of two sets of twins, two boys, two girls, Amy's mission is to help moms to live their best life by identifying root causes of dysfunction, establishing a proactive preventative lifestyle and feeding themselves and their kids the best quality nutrients.
