First of all, huge apologies for the audio quality. We had a recording mishap. With that said, this represents our recap of the discussions had last Sunday evening about saving our households. The questions we were discussing were as follows:
1) At the time of Noah, his world was said to be incredibly wicked, full of people with evil
hearts. Is our world the same or different than that? What kinds of wickedness must we
be aware of that can get in the way of our family’s goal of salvation?
(Consider: Genesis 6:5)

2) What are the biggest challenges that we face in believing that our time on this earth is
temporary? (either death, or Christ’s return) & What level of impact will believing in that
truth (that life is temporary) have in the way we look at our families.
(Consider: 2 Peter 3: 8-13)

3) As parents God has placed upon us the task of bringing our children up in the “Training
and admonition of the Lord”. What are some “good” (not evil) things that can distract us
from that one main goal? & What are some ways that we can deal with those things?
(Consider: Deuteronomy 6:1-9)

4) How can these same principles and beliefs play a role, not just the way that we look at
our families, but also in the way we look at reaching the lost?
(Consider: Romans 14:8-12)
