Continuing in the same line of thought from last week, Jesus uses the marriage relationship to illustrate just how crucial matters of the heart are. Adultery is/was/and will always be sinful! It was one of the commandments! You have to commit adultery to be guilty of adultery, but you don't have to commit adultery to be guilty of sin. Jesus is asking us, again, to look inward and examine our hearts!
