At what point do we say that the constant asking for handouts has reached critical mass? I am not referring to homeless people asking for spare change, that will always be a thing. I am talking about regular people thinking that it is okay to ask strangers to underwrite every new endeavor they dream up. Let us discuss this new Paradigm in society.
