After the “traditional” agency model landed them in debt, they developed this intensives approach which cuts out all the BS and charge $25k-40k+ for these intensives, executed by just Pia and her partner/husband Steve.
This is a fascinating model for agencies, and I loved hearing Pia's story of how the idea came about, and her willingness to step into something completely new and unknown.
