Description

Kimberly has strong feelings about quiet firing and the difference between this and when an employee is put on a performance plan.

Quiet Firing is a phenomenon in which employers demoralize unwanted workers to the point that they decide to quit. An employee resigns as a result of the employer creating hostile work environments. It is also called constructive dismissal, constructive discharge, or constructive termination.

Join Ashley and Kimberly as they discuss their personal experiences with quiet firing, employee performance plans, and blatant discrimination in the workplace. We also talk about what to do if you're experiencing being quietly fired.
