Today we welcome Madeline Reeves, Founder and CEO of Fearless Foundry. She walks us through her life as a young, single working mom, her experience in tech, and the deep experiences that have brought her to where she is today.
From working at startups to Fortune 500s, Madeline never found a company that perfectly matched her mission-driven ethos. Instead, she became the boss she always wanted, built Fearless Foundry from the ground up, and grew it from a one-woman show into a dynamic, ever-evolving team of powerhouses. Her longtime goal has been to get resources into the hands of underrepresented founders. Fearless Foundry is her conduit for this, and for creating meaningful and well-paying work for other women. A born leader, she revels in developing business strategies alongside clients, coaching the team, and getting to work with humans she loves every day. If she’s not resolutely fighting the patriarchy, she’s probably writing, podcasting, or sewing clothes for her kids and dog.
