To guide clients she draws from her work experiences in executive recruiting, private wealth management and leadership consulting, as well as her MBA from Columbia Business School and BA in Psychology from NYU. She is also a hands-on mother-of-three young children, and supports her husband as an advisor and coach as he founded the real estate tech company Compass.
