Chirag was four when he got his first job at his parents’ stationery store in Larchmont, NY. From the moment he could see over the counter, he asked everyone the same question: “How can I help?” Anyone who knows Chirag can see that service and gratitude are built right into his DNA.

For Chirag, the most important thing about his career is the relationships he’s built with agents across the county. “Their success is my success,” says Chirag. “I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
