5 Tips to Raising Your Vibration and Get Happier

  1. Β For a few moments each morning, feel through 5 - 10 things you appreciate in life. It can be as simple as that the sky is blue or your pillow is soft. Think of just a few things you appreciate to get in that higher vibration zone.
  2. Take 10 simple breaths and focus in on them. There's a space right under the nose where we can focus our attention and find peace in the moment.
  3. Look outside in awe and wonder. Look at the trees, the birds, the clouds and think of ALL the magic it took for their beauty to get there.
  4. Do you have a favorite prayer? If so, it can be a go-to to fuel the day.
  5. What are 5 things you love doing? Write them down. And next to the list write, "Thank You".
