On March 31, 1922, five members of the Gruber family and their maid, were brutally murdered at Hinterkaifeck, a small Bavarian farm about 70 miles north of Munich. There is evidence that the murderer lived at the residence for a time after the murders. Suspects were named, but no one was ever tried and convicted of the murders. We will discuss the bizarre events leading up to the murders, the allegations of abuse against the Gruber’s and the investigation that has spanned decades.
