Psycho turns 60!  In September of 1960, Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho premiered in theaters around the nation.  Audiences shocked in part to the shocking brutality of the murder scenes, and due to the taboo topics that were addressed-such as schizophrenia, incest and necrophilia.  In this episode we will do a deep dive into the making of Psycho.  We will discuss the actors, the inspiration behind Norman Bates and his “mother,” and yes- the infamous “shower scene.” Join us as we pay homage to Hitchcock’s masterpiece. I strongly suggest you take your nightly shower before you tune in though.
