Robert Durst the eccentric real estate heir has been indicted on charges for the 1982 death of his first wife Kathy McCormack Durst. This is a case of the truth being stranger than fiction. Following an on air confession during the 2015 documentary about the media frenzy surrounding his personal life, Durst was charged with the murder of his best friend, Susan Berman, who provided him with an alibi for muder back in 1982.
