In this episode, I speak with Brad Schwartz, the owner of the oldest house in Clintonville also called the Bull-Coe House. He talks about the history of the house, the families that lived there, and the ghost and secret room that came with it when he and his wife, Coleen, purchase the house over 30 years ago.
