Today I am joined by David Thimmesch.  David has been a copywriter for seven years - but a storyteller since before he could write. His childhood love for storytelling eventually lead him to attend the Chicago Portfolio School to begin crafting videos, print ads, social media ideas and branding concepts for global brands including Funjet Vacations, Briggs & Stratton, InSinkErator and Lands' End. After years of working for different advertising agencies and companies, he started his own business so he could better partner with outside-the-box brands to help them simplify their message and tell the right story to the right audience.

We talk about what inspired him to become a copywriter, what he learned from his car accident, branding tips, and how our job is like a relationship.
