On this week's show a valuable lesson I learned as a very young manager about the need to speak up! I wanted to share it because of an experience I had in Austin, Texas recently with the leadership team of a global energy company.
The lesson I learned was about how you bring and show value to an organization and how being quiet lowers your personal stock price. It doesn't mean everyone has to be extrovert, but it does mean you need to know your strengths and contribute.
