Empathy is a word I'm hearing increasingly coming up in organizations. Initially it felt soft to me. But, now I'm convinced it's a difference maker. In this week's episode a story of how I first realized the price you have to pay to earn empathy and then a couple examples of the impact I've seen it have on organizations and teams.
