Description

#59: The streets of America have exploded with protest and violence. How should I be processing this as a leader? How does all of this impact me? The vicious killing of George Floyd is on my mind. It reminds me of the days I spent on the streets of Los Angeles as rioting erupted over the verdict in the Rodney King trial. That experience changed me. It influences how I think as a leader. This moment demands I change even more. In this episode I share some ideas on how we, as leaders, can be part of the solution.
