Burnout and overwhelm can come from positive things? I know right? Why do we not openly discuss this? Because maybe we think it will look like we are ungrateful and people will think we are ungrateful. No. Even new, great things can take time to process. That can then create overwhelm, which can lead to burnout if our mind and body isn't able to process and integrate it quickly enough. It is normal and it is ok, you are not alone.
