This episode is a treat! I had the privilege of sitting down with former Olympian and professional basketball player Hamchetou Maiga-Ba, to talk about her current work with the Special Olympics in her home country Mali. Through this, as well as through her personal organization - the Hamchetou Maiga-Ba Foundation - she is championing the idea of sports as a pathway to better inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in Mali.
