We welcome back local criminal defense attorney Blake Woloson as a sub host for Alberto Salvado in this episode. We talk about how choosing to have a case heard in front of a jury as opposed to a bench trial with a judge is different. You have a lot more things to consider when your client exercises their constitutional right to a jury trial. You have to evaluate these issues and help your client figure out which type of trial is better for that client. Then you have to figure out a way to hook the jury into seeing things from your client's perspective.
