Many people believe meditation would be beneficial to them and have tried it, however most don’t keep it up. In today’s episode Matt discusses his ten year meditation practice and what he learned on his recent journey through teacher training. He dispels some myths around what meditation is and is not. He gives tips on starting a practice and most importantly WHY we should consider starting. Matt refers to meditation as a super power and believes if just one person considers a regular practice after listening then it would have been a worthwhile episode.
