Jennifer shares her inspirational story of beginning life steeped in diet culture and fatphobia to understanding more about herself, the way she cares for herself and ultimately feeling free from shame and judgement. I love her story as it really shows how it is possible. You can be free of thinking about food all the time, feeling like you're not taking care of your body. That you can, and you in fact do know how to take care of yourself, you just need the space and freedom to do it.
