Carolyn Crews has had a fitness and nutrition influence all her life. As a young teen she had to learn what was going to work best for her. Facing severe health issues that left her unable to walk for 9 months, Carolyn strived to heal herself and found a path that she still follows today.  

Holistic wellness is an emotional, physical and spiritual way of becoming perfectly balanced and living in a state of harmony. Carolyn uses the benefits she's experienced and passionately shares what she trusts and wholly believes in. “When we are in alignment, the universe shows up for that.”
