Description

As CRNAs it should be an occupation priority to evaluate your “like” of the job and position you were hired for.  There are so many opportunities to practice anesthesia that if you are unhappy in your position, make the change.  Don’t let the cost of a paycheck suck your soul into burnout.  Finding the balance between life and work is important.

Matthew Newton, devoted husband, and father has faced the different struggles of being a CRNA. From scheduling conflicts, work and home life overlapping, answering phone calls at 2 am, to finding the balance that works best for him while keeping his #1, Family, the top priority.

Join Matthew and me in a conversation about finding the balance that keeps your sanity and priorities healthy and happy.
