Description

Building resilience to your surroundings is a natural adaptation, however, in the nursing field, you deal with much more than the norm.  Having the proper support can mean all the difference when faced with the hardest times.  Yet offering support services after you face trauma isn't where the support needs to be.  Being trained at the forefront on how to deal with or who to talk to before you face trauma can mean all the difference in the world and could help avoid ultimate burnout.

Join Karen and me as she talks about her own experience and how it fueled her to create the Resilient Nurse Project
