Research shows that positive self-talk can improve mood, boost productivity, and increase self-respect, so why is it so hard to have positive self-talk?  With our brains having the natural tendency to remember negative experiences, we tend to think and speak negatively continuously wiring our brains to focus on the negative.  However, there are daily practices we can do to rewire our minds to think positively.
