Creating a new habit or aiming for a big goal can tend to start strong but fade away as time goes on. So how do we hang on to that initial motivation that gets us started?   According to science, there are 3 components to creating a habit; queue, routine, and reward. But if you fail here and there remember to give yourself grace, get back up, and keep moving forward.
