Caring for yourself can be hard, Legitimately hard. But it's of the utmost importance. So, what does it look like to truly love and care for ourselves?  Some of us spend years not recognizing or acknowledging our own emotions. However, If you want a healthy lifestyle you have to train for it. There are many ways to nurture and love yourself; reading, meditating, exercising, and more.
