What you resist persists, in other words, the more we resist anything in life, the more we bring it to us. AKA The law of attraction.
It’s hard to imagine that what we think about we attract. By focusing on the negative the more negative we tend to bring into our lives, but it works the opposite as well. Focus on the positive, the more positive is in our lives. Your emotions are your internal compass, pointing you in whichever direction they dominate.
