We are driven by mental, emotional, and physical energy. If you are low in one area, you feel low in every area. But there are ways to change that! Beating a dead horse saying that the way you eat impacts largely how you feel is an understatement. It's not just one food, it's not just one meal, it's the type of food you need to be aware of.
So here are the best ways I wish I knew in high school how to increase my focus, feel better, feel happier, and just be a sharper individual. Again, this is not by restricting my diet, but by increasing the awesome brain food and teaching ourselves to not even want the foggy brain food.
