Hey guys! So this week we do not have a guest on for a therapy session, but I am asking the most common questions that have come into the inbox! Those are:
1) How do I start running?
2) Should I stretch before and after a run?
3)  How should I fuel during a race?

I have tried so many things as a runner and love trying to help you make the best choices for yourself. I will NEVER tell you what you should do, I am such an advocate for trying different things on your own and see how it works for you, but here are my general explanations to these questions!
