This is the first episode in this series about habits. First we make Habits, then Habits make us. Our whole lives are determined by our habits. From what time we go to sleep, what we do when we wake up, how we put our pants on and tie our shoe lae through to how we act infront of people, and whether we do our homework or not. These can either help us move forward or not. So this series is to empower you to be your best by understanding and creating better habits
