Henry Ford once said, "The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing." As I sat down to reflect on this, I realized that just setting the goals, moving forward to achieve them, ultimately achieving them, and again setting out to bring in new goals isn’t the way we should be functioning.
If we don’t learn from our mistakes and wins, all our efforts are in vain.
