The countdown is on. We're trying to prepare for Christmas, we're finishing the year strong in our business, we are closing our year in our careers, we have festivities galore in our diaries. Sometimes it all feels a little bit too much, am I right?

So, how do we stay sane though it all and smash our year feeling good in January?

1) We set priorities
2) We plan our time
3) We remove minimise the mental load of gifting
4) Start the decluttering now
5) Stick with the Healthy Habits
