On March 30th, 1922, in a rural area of Germany, the Hinterkaifeck farmstead experienced some strange occurences. The patriarch of the family, Andreas Gruber. told a neighbor that he had discovered footprints in the snow. These footprints led from the forest to the home, but no footprints ever led back away from the home. The next night the entire family was murdered, and the suspect had been hidden on the property/in the home for a few days prior to the murders and stayed in the home and even cared for the farm animals for four days after the murders. Who killed the Gruber/Gabriel family???
