On today’s podcast we have the authentic leader, Heston Russell. Heston is a retired special forces veteran, founder of the charity Veteran Support Force and Leader of the Australian Values Party.
What I personally love about this conversation is Heston’s absolute power that he exudes through his mission in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and vulnerability, and his passion in fighting for true and authentic values of leadership. Heston is a man that what you see, is indeed what you get. This conversation is one of the realist and most raw ones I have had to date. We discuss the impact of emotional compartmentalisation, suicidal ideation, sexuality, war crime accusations and smear campaigns. I truly honour Heston for the personal power he brings to this conversation.
