What I personally love about this conversation is Rory’s absolute zest for life. He is so deeply passionate about breathwork and it is in this conversation we discuss the best strategies we can begin implementing in our own lives to reduce stress, anxiety and depression and how we can improve focus, sleep and performance. We also explore Rory’s first ultramarathon experience of the UTA 100 where he shares vulnerably his intention of character building through resilience and why it is so important, in this day and age of comfort, that we overcome set challenges to further develop our sense of purpose and meaning.
