In light of a difficult week, it felt right to discuss the impact following the death of Sarah Everard and the gaslighting of Meghan Markle.
Episode three is my first guest episode with the inspirational Devika Wood. Devika is a multiple award-winning founder and Forbes 30 under 30, using her story as a trauma survivor to advocate for women's mental health and trauma support. Devika is the co-founder of I am Arla, a women's mental health platform that provides a community to heal mind, body and soul.
In this episode, we discuss the personal impact, the change we want to see in legislation and the conversations we want to see happening to protect women against violence.
Trigger Warning! This episode discusses sexual violence and crime against women so please be mindful before listening, if you need to pause whilst listening please look after yourself.
