In Episode 10 Lynn & Kelli interview Bryan Bowen, the architect partnering with Kathleen English on our project, about his "jump" into cohousing.

Bryan's interest in the idea of living with others began in his college days but he didn't find an opportunity to make it a reality in his life until his firm began working on a cohousing project. Listen in to hear his story.

We're including a special announcement from Bryan about a new  Cohousing Architect Training Program he is launching to train architects on designing for cohousing:
Seeing that practicing architects who understand cohousing can be catalytic in the formation of new communities, and believing that new cohousing communities are important steps toward greater collective sustainability and increased quality of life and resilience for their residents, Bryan Bowen of Caddis Collaborative, and Grace Kim of Schemata Workshop have decided to share what they have learned to help advance the movement. The result is a six-month training program designed for architects or architecture students who want to design community-driven housing skillfully. Applications for the first cohort are due June 4th, 2021.
