This week we’re delving into a more serious topic: self-worth - but not too serious because it’s us of course. We discuss the vast concepts surrounding how we value ourselves and how this changes over time, then we give our own (unprofessional) advice on the different ways you can improve your self-worth. 

As usual, expect some tangents, singing and phobia chat (since it seems Rebecca loves to bring this up).
