Description

Mom guilt and mom-shaming is definitely a thing. A real, scary thing. Shame is an emotion that makes us feel disconnected and small from others.  It leads us to feel alone in our pain as if we were the only ones who feel, think, or behave a certain way.  A feeling of isolation. Whether we shame ourselves or someone else, mom guilt and mom-shaming can be dangerous. So how do we fix it? We start now. We start with our own children and in our own lives.
