No one knows why the animals turned on us, but when they did, their superior numbers and sudden super intelligence overwhelmed humanity immediately. In the aftermath of the attack, groups of survivors make their way to a signal, something called The Ark. But what is The Ark? A way to escape? A trap set up by the animals? Or something worse?
