Scott Payne is an aspiring actor who books the opportunity of a lifetime as the TV pitchman for a new window cleaner. When his enthusiastic pitching becomes a pop culture sensation, Scott is propelled into fortune and fame, but deep down, all he really cares about is telling the public about a product he’s so passionate about, it borders on love. As his career - and the public’s interest in cleaning their windows - fade, Scott has to reckon with his life on camera and his relationship with a product that turns out to be maybe a little bit poisonous.
