The Surfside Tragedy. Champlain Tower South collapse. Nearly 100 people died.

Now, the Great American Senior Show has learned that Structural Engineers from the American Council of Engineering (ACEC) and the Florida Engineering Society (FES) have made some specific recommendations to avoid a repeat of this needless tragedy.

The Great American Senior Show has once again called on veteran Engineer Fred Shafer to share some of the coalition of engineers' findings and recommendations.

Mr. Shafer also revisits his initial review of the Champlain Tower collapse and we discover a startling, new theory that could mean countless other condos and beachfront buildings are in dire danger.

This is an episode of the Great American Senior Show you definitely will want to share with anyone who was touched by the Champlain Tower tragedy or with anyone who lives in or has relatives living in similar structures along the waterfront in America and around the world.
