Harley Smith is a children’s musician better known as Mr. Harley.  He has been entertaining kids of all ages up and down the East Coast for almost 2 decades.    He has released 2 CDs and is about to release his 3rd, full of original music.  His infectious personality really comes through.   I highly recommend you visit his website and get his music on all the big music distribution sites.
We discuss why he loves performing for kids, what it was like to have his music used in the Today Show, being a music performer in the age of the internet and his creative process.    Much like we did in episode 3 with artist Emma Ballou we talk about the challenge of creating something and putting it out for the world to enjoy.  Mr. Harley has a very good take on this that I think will be useful for those who are pursuing a life of creativity.
