Coatza Brewing will be serving a wide variety of craft beer styles while also providing a nice ambience for their patrons. I speak with Enrique and Zambo about the process of opening a brewery, beer styles, Aztec beer and more. Coatza Brewing will also be pouring at this years Natomas Oktoberfest and they’ll reveal what they’ll be bringing.
